B.A.R.K. Ranger Day

In celebration of National Park Week and National Dog Day, Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park welcomes pets and their people to become B.A.R.K. Rangers.

Participants can:

  • complete a self-guided tour of outdoor spaces within the park
  • learn about responsible, pet-friendly recreation on public lands
  • meet community organizations dedicated to helping animals
  • earn small tokens of recognition

Start at the Moore House lawn any time between 5 - 7 p.m.

Please note that pets must be leashed and are not allowed inside government buildings; only qualified, leashed service dogs are allowed inside park facilities. All events are free and open to the public.
