Pines of Acadia

Welcome to the Pine Tree State! Get to know some of the trees of Acadia. Join for a guided walk where we will learn how to identify tree species, and why the pine tree has become so iconic and symbolic for our region.

Trail Conditions

We will walk 0.5 miles on the carriages roads, heading toward the East side of Eagle Lake. The carriage roads will be wide, gravel paths with little elevation. Be prepared to walk 0.5 miles back to the starting location of the program after the tour, or continue on your own walk on the carriage roads!

Location

Meet at the Eagle Lake Parking Lot near the restrooms. Not the boat ramp.
