Cape Hatteras National Seashore Reopens Frisco and Cape Point Campgrounds

Cape Hatteras National Seashore will reopen the Frisco and Cape Point campgrounds at 4 p.m. on Oct. 29, coinciding with Dare County’s lifting of the visitor evacuation for Hatteras Island and the reopening of N.C. Highway 12 near the Pea Island Visitor Center.
