Join the National Park Service for a great loop hike through the oak hickory ridge forest, mesic forest, and the ridge top trail on the steep slopes above the scenic Vickery Creek Ravine.

Natural Features

This hike will show you some the park’s best natural features, such as big leaved umbrella magnolias, native ferns, shrubs, and late summer wildflowers. The unique environment of this ridge top is must-see trail to discover!
