Ocmulgee Indigenous Celebration

In celebration of Southeastern Native American cultures and heritage, Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park will host its 34th Ocmulgee Indigenous Celebration September 12-13, 2026. Celebration hours are 10:00am-5:00pm Saturday & Sunday. FREE admission.

• Art

Fun activities for kids, like pottery making, will be available.

Food and Art

Native American art and food will be available for purchase.

Event Hosts

This event is hosted by the National Park Service and the Ocmulgee Mounds Association in coordination with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and other southeastern tribes.

Parking

All parking is just down the road at 171 Emery Hwy with free, ADA accessible shuttle service.
