Valley Y Walk at Steel Creek

Valley Y Ranch, Home on the River. These hills and valleys hold many amazing stories if you know where the right place to look. There may be no story more spectacular and more representative of the people who owned this land before Buffalo National River than that of Provin Wade Yarborough.

Join a ranger at the Steel Creek Visitor Contact Station to walk around the historic landscape that was once home to the Valley Y Ranch. Be sure to wear study shoes and bring water.
