Join us at Friendship Hill National Historic Site Saturday and Sunday, September 5th and 6th, 2026 to learn more about Albert Gallatin's role in the 1791-1794 Whiskey Conflict. Citizens and farmers of western Pennsylvania rebelled against the excise tax causing the first national conflict in the new American nation. We will have vendors and artisans through and around the house. We will also offer food trucks and speakers during both days, and music. Historic weapons demonstrations of 18th century artillery will occur BOTH days at 12 and 2 PM.
