Find your Zen on the Blue Ridge Parkway with a Ranger, as they guide you through a mindful and meditative Forest Bathing Walk.

Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a traditional Japanese practice where you will use all your senses to become fully immersed in nature. A Ranger will lead a 1-hour guided Forest Bathing Walk along the 0.8-mile Elk Run Loop Nature Trail, located behind the Peaks of Otter Visitor Center.

Comfortable shoes for hiking, water, and bug spray are recommended.

All NPS Blue Ridge Parkway programs are free and open to anyone. All ages welcome.
