Looking for an energizing walk as well as exploration of an engineering marvel? Join Lowell National Historical Park for a brisk walk to the Pawtucket Gatehouse and explore this symbol of Lowell's engineering prominence.

Event Details

Come join us on Saturday, August 29th from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Meet staff at the Boott Cotton Mills Museum, 115 John Street, for this 3-mile round trip walk along the Lowell Riverwalk to the Pawtucket Gatehouse.

Important Information

• This event is free and no advance registration is required.
• We walk rain or shine! Please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.
• Please note that the Pawtucket Gatehouse is not accessible and visitors will be required to walk up and down a few stairs to enter and exit the gatehouse during this tour.
