Birding for Beginners | Chickasaw Village (MP 261.8)

When we pause to notice the birds and wildlife around us, we unlock a sense of wonder and connection with the natural world. Join a ranger to learn the basics of bird identification while walking a short section of the Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail beginning at Chickasaw Village, Milepost 261.8.

Binoculars will be available to borrow if needed. Close-toed shoes, bug spray, and a device with the Merlin app are recommended.
