National Park Week: Features of Our Feathered Friends (Peaks of Otter - Milepost 86)

Take a moment to watch wildlife this National Park Week! Join us to observe and learn about some of the more than 250 bird species have been seen along the Parkway.

Learn about their beaks, feet, and more as a ranger explores different adaptations. Binoculars will be provided to try and spot some birds of your own. All NPS Blue Ridge Parkway programs are free and open to anyone. All ages welcome.
