Take a moment to reflect this National Park Week with Find your Zen on the Blue Ridge Parkway with a Ranger, as they guide you through a mindful and meditative Forest Bathing Walk.
Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a traditional Japanese practice where you will use all your senses to become fully immersed in nature. A Ranger will lead a 1-hour guided Forest Bathing Walk along the 0.8-mile Elk Run Loop Nature Trail, located behind the Peaks of Otter Visitor Center.
