National Park Week: Happy 80th Birthday, Adams NHP!

Join the National Park Service for a block party celebrating Adams National Historical Park’s 80th birthday!
In December 1946, the Adams Memorial Society gifted to the nation the Old House at Peace field, home of Presidents John and John Quincy Adams and First Ladies Abigail and Louisa Catherine Adams. Since then, the park has grown to include the John Adams and John Quincy Adams Birthplaces.
Visitors of all ages are invited to a fun evening on the Peace field grounds, 135 Adams St., Quincy, Mass., to mark the occasion.

- Talk with historical figures
- Send your own birthday message to the park
Meet representatives from Quincy’s historical sites and join park staff in thanking them for their partnership in telling the story of the Adamses and the Quincy community.
Parking and Accessibility
Street parking is available at Peace field along Adams Street. The Old House at Peace field is accessible by the MBTA Red Line via the Quincy Center station (0.5 miles).
